How to consume them?
Peanuts must be soaked for a minimum of six hours in water, which takes away certain aspects that in Ayurveda are called Pitta. If you eat peanuts without soaking them, it could cause rashes and nausea. So, soak a handful of peanuts overnight and consume every day.
