It offers Isha’s flagship Inner Engineering program in a four-day format, which is best suited to people who prefer a weekend-centric program schedule. The studio also offers specially designed programs from the Isha Hatha Yoga School, including Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Angamardhana, Bhuta Shuddi and more.
The Craft Store
The Craft Store is a platform for Isha Craft, which provides expression to the natural creative instincts of rural people and restores traditional means of earning a living. Over time, the initiative has acquired a reputation for original creations and impeccable craftsmanship. The Craft Store offers a wide variety of handcrafted creations in wood, metal and stone, all made by traditional communities of artisans from around the country. The design language is original and true to Isha’s inimitable aesthetic tradition.

Isha Life’s fine-dining restaurant features a carefully curated menu put together by a creative team of culinary experts well-versed in the traditional art of cooking vegetarian food.
