CrackedI wore first ring in 2016 when I did my IE/Shambvi in Noida. It keeps me connected and safe. Its given me so much energy and sense of connection with Sadhguru though ups and down, especially during some tough times.
Recently ordered a silver one since first one had almost worn out and I guess cracked one shouldn't be worn. This time, since I wasn't well, thought of trying a silver ring to cool body temp a bit and heal my stomach and related skin ailments. Aesthetic ring with a deeper meaningBoth the aesthetics and meaning of this ring are what drove me to purchase it. Copper rings tend to infect my fingers so i decided to get the silver one. I have worn the ring without removing it for a year now and it has not damaged in any way. The ring is also adjustable if needed.
