Damaged beads, refund request pending for 2 monthsI ordered the Spathik Mala with a lot of hope and faith in Isha. The product delivered has small beads sphatik mala which is not suitable for Japa. I ordered it for Japa purposes only. The number of beads was around 150(poor quality check). Upon checking the mala closely, there were number of internal cracks found in the beads.
Requested a refund for the above mentioned reasons in April and the support team is still playing around saying that they can not process a refund but only provide a replacement. Very very disappointing service from Isha. Poor support mechanism and very poor return and refund policy.Posted on

Number of reads are more than 108. Size is not regular which is okay.Wanted and expecting 108+1beads as mentioned in the description but it has more than 130 beads :(
