Blue cotton Rug matThe quality was good, however it can't withstand when we try to pose different surya kriya s. It's slippery and have to take care of it while doing different asanas. If someone looking for a perfect mat for all asanas, then please vist store if possible and make the judgement by yourself. Excluding that, the yoga mat for less intense asanas justifies.

Awesome matThe mat has been great for learning & practicing Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti and Shambhavi. It does not slip at all while any of the said processes and is comfortable to use and carry around
