Cancel or Change Orders

All orders are processed for shipping immediately and thus cancellations or changes to orders are not possible. You can return any items following the return process. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process for the item you are sending back and purchase the new item separately. You can return any items following the return process below.

Order Returns

Returns are accepted only within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.


Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Consecrated Products
  • Foods and Supplements
  • Camphor

For all other products, please ensure the following:

  • Items are in new condition (unused, unworn, not damaged) in the original packing with the tags on
  • Include a copy of your receipt with your returned item(s)
  • For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
  • Ship returns to: Isha Foundation C/O ShipBob Inc, 2165 Williams Pkwy, Brampton, ON L6S 6B8
  • Isha Life is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
  • Returns will be processed once the items are received by Isha Life
  • Isha Life team will process your refund within 7-10 days of receiving your returned item

Damaged Packages

Please report damaged packages to Isha Life within three days from the date of receipt. We will do our best to help resolve the issues. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact Isha Life at contact.usa@ishalife.com.
