Cancel or Change orders

All orders are processed for shipping immediately and thus cancellations or changes to orders are not possible. You can return any items following the return process. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process for the item you are sending back and purchase the new item separately. Order Returns

Isha Life team procures and packages items with utmost care and involvement and we would like you to be happy with your purchase. In case you are not satisfied you can return your purchase. Please follow these guidelines for returns:

• Returns are accepted only within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Please note that consecrated items are not returnable
• Make sure that items are in the same state as you received them (unused, unworn, not damaged and in its original packing)
• Include a copy of your receipt with your returned item(s)
• For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
• Ship returns to: Isha Foundation Inc., Attn: Isha Life Shoppe, 132 Karma Lane, McMinnville TN 37110

• Isha Life is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
• Returns will be made once the items are received and reviewed by Isha Life. You may place a new order if you would like a different item.
• Isha Life team will process your refund within 7-10 days of receiving your returned item

Damaged Packages

Please report damaged packages to Isha Life within two days from date of receipt. We will do our best to help resolve the issues. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact Isha Life.
