Ingredients: Sprouted Horse Gram Flour, Idli Rice Flour, Urad Dal Flour, Sprouted Green Gram Flour, Salt, Curd Powder, Dried Curry Leaves, Roasted Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Powder.
Directions: Take 1/2 cup (100g) of Horsegram Dosa Mix. Add 1 cup (240ml) of water and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes for better texture (optional).
Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread in a circular motion. Cook on medium heat and drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. Cook until crisp and golden, then flip if desired.
Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or podi.
