Adai Dosa Mix (200 gm). Instant Multigrain Dosa Mix.

Ingredients

Rice, Pigeon Pea Lentil, Yellow Mung Lentil, Chickpeas, Mung Beans, Sorghum, Black Gram, Tapioca Pearls, Fenugreek Seeds, Salt, Red Chili Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Dried Curry Leaves, Asafoetida.

Directions

1. Mix 1 measure of Adai Dosa mix with 1 measure of water, 1/2 measure of curd (optional) and salt into a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread in a circular motion.

3. Cook on medium heat and drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges. Cook until crisp and golden, then flip if desired.

4. Add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander and curry leaves to the batter. Serve hot with coconut and tomato chutney, sambar, or podi.
