Shipping Policy
Isha Shoppe offers Priority and First Class USPS, as well as Ground and Air delivery for UPS orders.
Isha Shoppe does not require any minimum purchase.
Isha Shoppe offers Free Ground Shipping in the continental US (48 states) on most of the items purchased when the order subtotal is $125 or higher.
Free shipping will not be applied towards the cost of shipping internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. Our free shipping offer is valid only for the continental 48 US States. Any returned merchandise may have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund or credit.

NOTE: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
1. Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.
2. Orders for products in stock are typically shipped in 1-3 business days but most ship within 1 day.
3. Only USPS shipping methods are picked up on Saturday. If any other shipping option is selected over a weekend or on a holiday, it cannot be processed until the next business day.
4. Web order deliveries will be made on business days ONLY. If you have special delivery needs please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Currently, Isha Shoppe does not allow an order to be booked for an out of stock item. You can contact us to inquire about the future availability of any product which is out of stock. However, we cannot make a personal notification when the item (s) actually arrive.
5. 3-day ground service is available only within the continental US (48 states).
6. Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "2-Day", etc. are used to denote service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska and Hawaii will most likely take longer.
7. U.S. Orders: We will only ship Post Office Boxes when a valid USPS shipping method has been selected in the shopping cart. UPS cannot deliver to a US Postal Box address.If your credit card billing address is a PO Box, please select USPS as your shipping method.
8. International Orders: We ship through DHL for orders outside of the USA. Apart from the shipping charges paid, customer is liable to any additional fees incurred at the destination, not limited to customs clearance charges.
